An experienced culinary chef, Master Gardner, certified Coach, and artists, Terence brings a unique blend of creativity, technical skill, and service-driven leadership to BCCF's outreach initiatives. His background in food service and sustainability directly supports programs focused on nourishment, garden education, and community empowerment.
As a dedicated family man and community leader, Terence is passionate about building environments where families feel soppirted, youth feel inspired, and communities experience tangible impact.
Candice Starks - Haynes
Serves as Executive Director of BCCF. Candice brings strategic leadership, organizational development experience, and a deep commitment to community empowerment. With a background in operations, program development, and business leadership. She is a certified coach and also plays a keybroke in structuring initiatives that ensure measurable and sustainable impact.
Her passion for service and systems - building helps guide BCCF's long-term vision and expansion.
